By the way for clarification, The /use 10 is for the engineering glove enchant so if you don't have engineering you can just remove these from the macro

As far as Misdirects go it's very simple.
/cast [target=Numrea] Misdirection
/cast [target=Vnem] Misdirection
of course my target=Numrea and target=Vnem because they are our tanks mostly used for team Zerg but all you have to do is change the names in between the = and ] to whichever tank you're misdirecting. for this reason I have about 10 different MD macros keybound to different players such as Dom when he tanks, Aegian/Lorandir when he tanks, or Tonka when we're discussing strats for Firefighter on a late night and I feel like MD'ing 3 bombs his way and he still doesn't die because of his shield equip/shield wall macro! >.< Damn you Tonks!!

But anyways you get the whole gist of it
also, don't know if you're going to be doing Lich King on your hunter anytime soon but if so, for the enraged shamblers first off when they pop target them and hit your /focus macro then whenever you see them enrage on your focus bar i.e. casting enrage click this macro

/cast [target=focus] Tranquilizing Shot

Enables you to stick to the LK not losing auto shots and such by switching targets and allowing a quick neutralization of the Enrage!

Ive always used clique with grid for MDing. A little more freedom over who you want to MD. I'm sure a mouseover macro could be used in place of it as well.

yeah what Wru said is great if you need to quickly MD this druid named Wrutanks or warrior named Tonka really quickly on the fly during the bombs, pre mimiron! other than that I have all my tanks and ranged tanks keybound for md's, i hate clicking >.<
